Knowledge the salesman had of the product. Salesman took all the time we needed to have our questions answered. My husband and I had this system bid by another company. I appreciate that Fernando hastily came to my house when my basement was filling with water. He had a quick solution for the problem, installed what he could at that moment in time- a temporary pump, and will be returning tomorrow to make sure the permanent pump got installed. He was able to do all of this on his off time. He really made my customer experience great!
