I am a new owner to the house, and Jason fully disclosed every issue and process of the inspection and went out of his way to explain how every part of the system works (which was installed before I was the owner). I definitely recommend these guys.

The Albrechts, in Brentwood TN, had a crawl space that they described as a "rain forest". A mix of heavy water seepage and condensation from the air ducts had turned the space into as mold, muddy, wet mess.   Prior to calling Frontier Basement Systems, they looked into several companies. Ruth, had done intensive research over the internet and learned about all the options available before concluding that Frontier had the right solution for their problems.   The couple was thoroughly impressed not only with the solutions we offered, but with the entire process, from sales and inspection to installation. The sales person was knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions they had, the office staff was courteous and helpful, and the work crew was quick, professional, and according to Mrs. Albrecht, the cleanest working crew she had ever seen, even as they performed the work in the crawl space.   On the last day, when Ruth was invited into the crawl space to personally examine the system, she was truly impressed. She expects her crawl space now to be dry forever. Like every homeowner, the Albrecht's spent a lot of money to make their homes comfortable and safe, and plan to live there for years to come. Frontier will be there to always make sure the system is working well, and to honor the warranty.

I typically don't write reviews unless I have a terrible experience or get exceptional service. Well, today we had our annual inspection on our sump pump. Doug Hall was our tech and did an exceptional job. He went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you Doug and I will request you to return next year!!!

Overall we are very satisfied. Juanita in the office was very helpful. Marcus was diligent and did a good job. The push pier crew did a good job as well. The clean up process was great, the areas were left clean. The expertise your company offers is helpful when making home repair decisions.

The call center was friendly and thorough. Jesus is the man. What more can I say? Mitchell made sure I understood how the work would be done and explained how the loan process would work. To this day we still keep in touch. The installation crew is one of the best crews I have ever dealt with. Fernando and his crew of two did the work faster than a crew of five. In my opinion they went above and beyond to make my basement look as best as it could. I was pleased with how clean they left my home.

We purchased a Sedona Dehumidifier for our basement. Communication was great from the office to installation. Adam was the service technician who installed our unit. He arrived early and completed installation in a timely manner, making sure everything was working properly. Also he made sure we understood equipment operation.

Crew was courteous and on time, clean up was "very good!" Said the whole process felt too quick but work looks good, and the smell is slowly getting better.

Everyone with your company from salesperson, to office staff, to installation team was great.  Hermes and his crew did a fantastic job with the installation and cleaned up great. I went with Frontier Basement Systems because it seemed like you had the best solution to our problem.  Not the least expensive, but other companies we got quotes from never even followed up.  One company that came, I knew more than their salesperson.  You should be proud of the excellent employees you have.   

The workers were professional and stayed on the job ( even through lunch) until the job was finished. Mike, Chris, and Scot worked well together and cleaned up sufficiently when the job was finished.
