Morgan is a very professional young man and fixed the extension of our drain! He really had his work cut out for him since he had to do all the digging by hand and a sawsall for the roots. Very pleased!!

The sales rep. was very knowledgable, showed us issues with our foundation, set up, and explained the building science behind it. He gave us a course of action that we could choose to best suit the repairs we needed and fit our budget.  The crew was very patient and had to work around our personal items in our basement. They were efficient and professional. Excellent clean-up! We didn't have to come in behind them to clean or pick up after them and that was greatly appreciated.  They had a quick appointment time and they serviced our area, ( we live out in the boonies). The company representative took the time to look at the overall house and what may have been causing our issues and gave us multiple recommendations to choose from that we could afford.

They were very respectful, nice, honest & hard working. They informed me of what they were doing along the way. 

The original install job was very good. Then we had a problem with no obvious solution. Carlos showed up with a team and found a great way to fix the issue. All done. He was excellent, on top of his game. Can't find better people, they know their stuff.

Mr. C said "the phone person was more than helpful answering what she could. She even recommended I get further estimates. That said a lot to me about Frontier, because if you are so confident to advise someone to look at other companies also than you know you have a good product and customer will return to you." About one of our inspectors he stated, "Yes, I was very pleased with Mr. Garis. I really felt that Danny was a great business man and really enjoyed his job". After being asked about how he felt about the solution offered, "the procedure and solution would solve the problem, but is it doesn't I really liked the warranty offered".

It was a great experience from inspection to installation. He can't praise us enough. Jason was knowledgeable, and let him know everything he was doing. "Customer service is lost on contractors nowadays".

We are so so appreciative of what you did for us, sacrificing time for free to total strangers.  You sure impressed our real estate agent..im sure she will be recommending your company! :-)  You went above and beyond for us, and we thank you from the bottom of our heart!  We fully had intended and really wanted that house so much! Everyone did a great job on our home in Spring Hill. They called to confirm his time of arrival and showed up as promised. They did a complete review of everything they accomplished and was detailed in their explanations.
