Morgan and Donald came to perform the annual service on the Waterguard system in our basement.  Both were very pleasant and professional, taking the time to explain what they did and why.  They also delivered and installed a SaniDry basement dehumidifier.  I was apprehensive about spending big bucks on a dehumidifier but it seems well-constructed and has a 30 month warranty.  I got tired of replacing our dehumidifier every few years when it conked out.  The SaniDry XP has already brought the humidity down to an acceptable level and is energy star rated to use less energy than a 70 pint unit.   Morgan explained that he is currently training Donald as a technician.  Morgan is a good teacher and  it's obvious that Donald will make a fine technician.  I am very satisfied with Frontier and will be happy to see either Morgan or Donald next year!

I appreciate the fact that David came out to look at our home with Chad. After the visit with Chad and David I know we are moving in the desired direction with the crawlspace. I know it will be repaired to our desired expectations. Keep up the great work.

RE: Sanidry Dehumidifier Layne, I just wanted to compliment you on the Sanidry Dehumidifier you just installed in the crawlspace of my house.  We have been suffering with extensive moisture problems underneath our house ever since we bought it 5 years ago. Last week you installed the dehumidifier in an area that has had puddles of water, as well as constant condensation on the main air conditioning trunk line dripping on to the moisture barrier. I went underneath the house 2 days ago and I want to tell you that there is absoutely no excessive moisture anywhere!  The moisture barrier is dry as well as the trunk line.  I have NEVER seen this crawlspace this dry. We still have some work to do and with your help, we will get this taken care of. I also appreciate your expertise in the foundational aspects of our house. You brought to light some other issues relation to our floor joists that really need to be adressed soon, and I'm grateful for that, since I was totally unaware of their condition. We will be getting together on that as well. Layne, thanks again for your help and I will recommend your services to all of my friends!

The crew that you sent to install the Crawl Space Encapsulation System should be commended.  They were very prompt, curteous, considerate and above all very professional.  They knew the product very well, were able to answer questions in terms I understood and took the time to explain the process.  From beginning to end, quite a pleasant but professional experience.  Thanks go to you and your staff.
