I just recently had a Water Guard system installed in my 1500 sq. finished basement, it was an overall very good experience and I"m glad I chose Frontier Basement Systems to do the job. I chose them after struggling with foundation water and doing a great deal of research. I worked with 2 foremen - Hermes & Gumaro and their crews and they were respectful of myself and my home and did a very difficult job professionally and efficiently. Customer Service follow-up throughout the project was top notch as well as after the job was completed. I recently had an additional back-up pump installed by Service Technician Donald Hill and he was TREMENDOUS! Very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the entire system to me so I could troubleshoot any issues that may come up (I like to be prepared!). I would definitely recommend this company to you.

One of the best jobs we have experienced! The crew stayed busy with the job, also kept us informed on all aspects. The call center was very professional and friendly. The office staff, Sales, and Installation crew were very professional and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised that all was hauled away and the crew left the worksite nice and clean.
