Check out this project we did for Sarah C. of Hot Springs National Park, AR. Here joists were sagging due to moisture. We used our SmartJacks® crawl space support jacks to lift and stabilize the structure. For added protection, we applied LumberKote® Wood Sealant to all the wood under the home. Sarah can rest assured that moisture will no longer pose a threat to the stability of her home.
Concrete and brick often expand and contract at different rates. This can cause cracks to appear over time. By installing Push Piers we stabilized the home, which also helped repair the visible cracks.
Keri R. of Cordova, TN was having foundation problems with her home. There was an incident in which her home sustained some water damage. She needed new flooring, but the new floors could not be installed due to a settling foundation. She also noticed cracks in the exterior walls of the house. Keri knew that this was a major issue and she needed a solution that would be permanent. After a bit of research, she decided that Redeemers Group was the company to call.
Jim was sent out to Cordova to provide Keri with a free inspection. He quickly discovered where the settlement was occurring and showed Keri the best solution to this problem. Keri agreed and the project was scheduled.
Foundation expert Tip installed our Push Pier system and not only permanently stabilized the home, but was able to lift it back into place and close the gaps in the exterior wall. He also used our ThorTM Helical Ties and NexusProTM to permanently stabilize and repair the cracks.
Keri was relieved that she could now get her new floors installed and we at Redeemers Group are proud to have had the opportunity to fix it the right way.
Barbara H. of Grenada MS. needed new floor joists and new subfloors in her home. Moisture caused complete deterioration of her crawl space wood, leaving her home unstable. Before installing our SmartJacksTM System to stabilize Barbara's foundation, the old, rotted joists and subfloors needed to be replaced.
Our woodworking expert Eugene was able to work his magic in this crawl space. Not only did he replace the wood, he also protected the new wood with our LumberKoteTM System. This made it possible to permanently stabilize her foundation.
If you need help in your crawl space, don't wait for it to get this bad. Call or click for a full crawl space encapsulation or stabilization.
Dana and Don S. of Tupelo, MS are planning to sell their home. Don recently retired and they are ready to hit the road. They are shopping travel trailers so they can do just that. This means that they need to maximize their property value to get the most out of the sale. They recently installed new hardwood floors through the dining room, entry hall, living room, and master bedroom. Shortly after they started to notice new settlement problems in these areas. There are two issues at play here, interior slab failure and foundation settlement. Don is VERY cost conscious about this project.
Foundation repair specialist Wes was able to perform a thorough inspection of the home and design a permanent solution. This would include a combination of our push pier system and our PolyLevelTM concrete injection system. Don and Dana were impressed with the solution and the work was set.
We were able to close the gaps in the flooring. Now the couple can focus on their travel goals and stop worrying about the foundation issues in their home.
