Dana and Don S. of Tupelo, MS are planning to sell their home. Don recently retired and they are ready to hit the road. They are shopping travel trailers so they can do just that. This means that they need to maximize their property value to get the most out of the sale.  They recently installed new hardwood floors through the dining room, entry hall, living room, and master bedroom. Shortly after they started to notice new settlement problems in these areas. There are two issues at play here, interior slab failure and foundation settlement. Don is VERY cost conscious about this project.

Foundation repair specialist Wes was able to perform a thorough inspection of the home and design a permanent solution.  This would include a combination of our push pier system and our PolyLevel^TM concrete injection system.  Don and Dana were impressed with the solution and the work was set.

Brennan, our concrete repair expert was tasked with this project.  He used or 3 Part Protection system to lift, level, and protect the concrete.  The first part of our 3 Part Protection process is the PolyLevel^TM concrete injection system. This will lift and level the concrete back into it's original position. Next is our NexusPro^TM joint and crack sealant. This will divert water and keep it from penetrating beneath the concrete to erode the soil.  Lastly, our SealantPro^TM concrete sealant. This seals the concrete and stops water damage in its tracks.
