"Every single person at this company has been an absolute delight. Our foundation was sinking on both sides of our house and with this being a nightmare situation they made it as smooth and easy as possible. The guy that came out and gave us an estimate Wes was so informative and put us at ease with all of the issues we were worrying about. We previously had a competitive company “Olshan” come take a look and even though the price they offered was a little cheaper, they could not TOUCH Redeemer group on the customer service and just the knowledge they had on the whole process. Once the crew arrived I knew this was the right choice. They were so open and transparent about every single thing they were doing and they even invited me to watch! I chose Redeemers Group over another company mainly due to the professionalism of the staff, and they’re real concerned for mine problem. Also, the warranty was better than the other company. Malachi and his crew were very professional, answered any questions I had, and we’re very pleasant to deal with.  

I called this morning to get an inspection for foundation issues on a HUD purchase home.  I was so pleased with Courtney's customer service that I called back to let HR know how REMARKABLE her experience was!  Courtney was friendly, professional, customer focused, solution focused, and relate-able, surprising me with a WOW Customer Service Experience!
