When water kept creeping into a family's basement in Temple, New Hampshire, the homeowners called Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.
These property owners were concerned about the settlement they noticed in their barn. We installed a foundation pier system to stabilize and prevent further settlement for their barn.
The owners of a wonderful home in Montpelier, Vermont, were looking for a solution for insulating their basement walls. They had already gutted their basement and are planning on completely remodeling it. They gave Matt Clark's Northern Basement a call at 855-DRY-TIME and asked what they could do to help them. One of Matt's System Specialist suggested using our Basement to Beautiful Wall Panels. The panels are designed with the unique, advanced SilverGlo™ graphite-infused foam insulation; this insulation provides 24% more energy-saving than conventional foam. At 2 ½" thick and R-13 insulation, Basement To Beautiful™ panels create a warm, protective blanket around your basement that will never rot or support mold growth. To help save the customers money, time, and hassle, electrical chases are designed directly into the Basement To Beautiful™ system. This way, there is no need for you to have an electrician come in to rough in the wiring, then return to complete the job later. It can all be done in one step after the finished panels are installed. The customers now have warm walls that are ready for their next steps in finishing their basement.
The homeowner in Montpelier, Vermont was in need of a solution for flooding in their basement. They already had a pump installed, but it was a Pedistal Pump. The Pedistal Pump has a very weak motor in it. If you have a large amount of water it will not be able to keep up. This will result in the flooding of the basement. Another bad thing about Pedistal pumps are the fact they are not fully in the ground. Making it a very big tripping hazard.(Please see Before&After Pictures)

Northern Basement went in and installed a SuperSump Pump to replace the ineffective Pedistal Pump. The SuperSump Pump is one of the best, capable of pumping up to 2,280 gallons per hour.
