My experience with the following crew members: Chad, Jessica, Dom, Stacey, Nate, Nate2, Cameron, and the name of the helper who came this morning was totally positive. I could not have picked a better group of young men and women to do work in my home. They immediately began working and moving items that could have been damaged and answered all my questions. Each one knew their job, was polite, professional, and definitely worked extremely hard. I had been very apprehensive about the noise and strangers coming into my house, but on the first day, my fears were gone. I noticed how they worked together, were conscientious, and there was no evidence of time wasted. I close by thanking each of them and saying I can finally go to bed enjoying listening to the rain without worries.

Everything was done that was supposed to be. They did great, kept me updated, and were very respectful. Clean-up was great and totally back to where it was.

Gary, I sincerely appreciate all the help you gave me. The dehumidifier is finally working correctly! Also, the guys that recommended (Junkluggers) to help empty the storage unit did a great job! Thank you for that, too. I'm counting down the days until I don't have a wading fool in my basement - Ha! Please enjoy a meal or two on me. I got you a $25 gift card. Tony:  First and foremost, I want to thank you and your company for the way it stood behind its work. I am truly impressed. Secondly, I want to tell you that Eric and his team were night and day compared to the folks that did the last installation. They covered all exposed surfaces including the stairway to the living space. They mixed cement outside with a mechanical mixer which they placed on a tarp. Not only did they do a smooth cement repair with no residual mess, they spent some time chipping away the cement splatter left by the last team.  I will gladly recommend The Drying Company to anyone who asks. Also, if you ever want a reference, I would be glad to supply it.
