The office staff is always helpful and friendly!  Bill is friendly and seems to really know his stuff.  He answers all our questions and he remembers the system from the last appointments.  The clean up was great and no mess was left behind.  We really like that out tech is the same each time.  We feel that we get better service that way.  He knows the history of our system!

The salesperson spent a lot of time looking and listening.  We had made our decision prior to his visit but it was great because we could express all our concerns. The crew were friendly and seemed to enjoy their work!  They were focused on their tasks but answered questions also.  They came around the times they expressed.  They worked hard from start to finish, including their clean-up! We have heard about Badger Basement Systems from numerous friends/neighbors so we knew we would use their services.  It was a great experience despite the need to clean our basement prior to their arrival.  We are so glad it was done.  It brings us a certain peace!!
