I just wanted to drop you a quick note, to let you know the the basement project is done and went very well and very professionally done.  The crew along with the crew leader Aaron, where just absolutely great, hard working, conscientious!  Can't say enough about these guys!  They truly get a very big  "atta boy" from us!! A very serious attribute to this company!  I also, wanted to thank Ron for hanging in there with us, during the quotation process.  It was certainly a challenge for us on making a good decision on something we knew absolutely nothing about.  So we really appreciated your patience and we're so glad we decided to go with your company.  I'm sure we won't have a problem with this system, but if we do, we are confident that your company will be on it.

The sales rep was very nice and explained everything that needed to be done. He took his time and didn't rush to get out of here. He was great. The installers were so nice and friendly. They loved their job and they were so happy all the time and knew what they had to do.  The cleanup was excellent. I couldn't believe the great job cleaning up.  I offered the gentleman donuts, juice and pop for doing such a great job. They needed a little something. Keep up the great work you do for everyone.

As one of the guys working on the install said, there was more dust in his co-workers beard when the job was done that there was in the basement. 

Todd did a great job explaining the process and options for our driveway.  The crew did a great job and was great to work with!
