The crew chief was upper!  He worked rapidly and well.  The cement fill was smooth and tapered well.  He is definitely very talented, A Keeper!

When Todd came out to his property to evaluate the situation and give him an estimate, he thought Todd was very knowledgeable and "knows his stuff".
