This 1979 brick home was displaying symptoms of a foundation issue, including windows sticking, cracks in the exterior walls, drywall cracks and both interior & exterior foundation cracks.

The Owners of this family home noticed some concrete crack son their garage, so they decided to call the expert for a professional opinion about the foundation problem. After evaluating the area, our professionals came up with the solution of leveling the floor first before actually repairing the concrete cracks on the floor.

This beautiful 1990's home had a stem wall that was cracking, flaking, and spalling.  Our expert crew came out and replaced the existing rebar with our non-ferrous composite. 

Arizona Foundation Solutions excavated the area near the damaged stem wall and chipped out existing failed concrete to fractured rock and behind existing rebar. We removed the existing rebar and replaced it with our non-ferrous composite. To finish, we coated and patched the area with a cement patch and backfilled the excavated area around the home!
