A homeowner in Meriden, CT had water seepage in their basement and lots of moisture. They decided to call us at Connecticut Basement Systems in search of a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Brian DiRisi, visited the home to assess the basement and propose a waterproofing system solution.
Soon after it would be time for our Foremen, Delfino, and his crew to install the job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter to capture the water seepage. Then they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier to help direct water from the wall into the drain below. Our TripleSafe sump pump was installed to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Our Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth.
This basement will now stay dry and the homeowner will have peace of mind
A homeowner in Meriden, CT, was getting water seepage in their basement, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Brian DiRisi, visited the home to assess the basement and propose our basement waterproofing system.
Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Al, and his crew to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter, to capture water seepage. Then, they installed two of our sump pumps: SuperSump Plus and TripleSafe. Our SuperSump went in place of an old sump pump this homeowner had that was very outdated. These will both take the collected water and safely pump it out of the home. The crew also installed a half wall of our CleanSpace vapor barrier to protect the walls and also help lead water into the drains below.
Now, with our systems in place, this entire basement will stay dry, leaving the homeowner with nothing but peace of mind!

Our Foreman, Moises Chantes, and his crew installed this job. In this before and after you see our WaterGuard drainage system that is below the floor (under the new cement) that will collect water and direct it into our sump pump. The SuperSump Plus that we installed will pump out all of that collected water from the home at a safe distance. Not pictured is another sump pump with our battery backup system as well as our Sedona dehumidifier. This was a large basement, so multiple of our products were needed to ensure this entire basement stayed dry all the time!

This would take any collected water from our WaterGuard drain system and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. The TripleSafe uses three pumps, a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that will pump out over 11,000 gallons of water on a full charge. With this sump pump and our WaterGuard drains, this basement will stay dry all the time.
