A homeowner in West Hartford, CT was getting water into their basement through the walls. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Jimmy Stablein, met with the customer in their home to estimate the issues and develop a proposal for the work. 

Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his team to tackle the job. The team installed a WaterGuard system around the perimeter. Then they also installed our TripleSafe sump pump. These would work together to collect any water seeping in and then have it pumped out of the home through a discharge line at a safe distance. This Durham crawlspace clearly had a lot of issues before we arrived to transform this space. The traditional fiber glass insulation was falling apart, there was a dirt floor that made the area look unwelcoming, and there was air and moisture entering the crawl space. One of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the perimeter to collect water coming in from the walls or floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it safely out of the home. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls and our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was also installed to eliminate moisture. 

Now with our systems in place, this basement will stay dry all the time.
