One of our Foremen, Garfield Sanderson, and his crew would install this waterproofing job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter to catch any water coming in from the walls or floors. Then they installed our most reliable sump pump, the TripleSafe, to take that collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. A homeowner in Plainville had rotting sills in their basement and needed a footing extension to stabilize the home. One of our Sales Consultants, Brian DiRisi, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide them with a proper solution that our Foundation team would tackle. 

One of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott, would install this job. They cut into the walls to be able to see the footings. They removed what was rotting and added cinder blocks as the extension. Then they added a new sill as a replacement for the rotting wood. Now this home has stable footings and sills, so the homeowner no longer needs to worry about their footings falling apart.
