A homeowner in Brookfield, CT was getting water in their basement, causing a lot of damage. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to help solve their problem so that they never have to worry about these issues again. Once an appointment was made, it would be time for one of our Sales Consultants Jimmy Stablein to go out to the home to assess the issues and propose a long-term solution. 

The next step would be for one of our Foremen, Sid Avis, and his team to install this project. They installed a two-stage waterproofing system, which includes our DryTrak drain system and our WaterGuard drain system as well. This will collect any water coming in from the floors and walls and then direct it into a sump pump. The specific sump pump proposed for this job was a SuperSump Plus. This will take that collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance through a discharge line. Then our crew installed a Sedona dehumidifier to protect the basement from moisture and mold growth. Now with our systems, this basement will stay dry and no longer have water damage.

We also installed our WaterGuard and TrenchDrain systems, completely waterproofing the space. Our CleanSpace walls were also put in to protect the walls from water vapor. Now this homeowner can live worry-free knowing their basement is completely dry!

They installed a perimeter WaterGuard System that would collect and drain any water into the TripleSafe sump pump that they also installed. A TrenchDrain was installed at the bottom of the stairs. To complete the waterproofing system, the crew installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure that the basement is moisture and mold-free. Now this homeowner no longer has to worry about water in their basement!

They installed a WaterGuard drainage system below the floor to collect any water coming in from the floors or the walls. Then they installed a TripleSafe sump pump which takes that collected water and pumps it out of the home at a safe distance. This sump pump works with three pumps, one of which is a battery backup, making it our strongest sump pump. These systems work together to keep any water out of this basement. They also installed a SaniDry XP, one of our dehumidifiers, to protect the basement from excess moisture and mold growth. Now this basement is dry and the homeowner no longer needs to worry about future water damage. 

This wonderful family in Hawleyville CT had a semi finished basement that they were dying to finish and claim as a hosting place for friends. We came in and gave the homeowners the basement of their dreams. We came in and installed our Everlast Wall System which is 197% stronger than drywall and will never support mold or mildew. Even if the walls are surrounded by water they will never get wet. To replace the cement flooring we put in our Parque ThermalDry flooring which will not support mold because it is not made of organic materials. We also covered up the wood beams with our Drop Ceiling tiles with some beautiful recess lighting to brighten the area. Once everything was complete the home owners put in a beautiful bar with chairs and hosted many parties and many more to come. We are so happy that we could help them.
