One of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott installed this egress. After having the foundation cut, they installed framing for a new window and then installed it. They then installed our RockWell egress which is up to safety code, so that in case of an emergency, someone in the basement has an easy way out the window and up the egress. This will add value to the home, make the basement brighter, and look like a whole new space! The customer was thrilled with the results!
