Crawlsapce beams were sagging in Champaign, IL, causing concern to the homeowners. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. Foreman James L. and his crew installed the crawl space system of CleanSpace with drainage matting, a SmartSump sump pump with IceGuard and Lawnscape Well. 

The core of this system is the CleanSpace with drainage matting is an inorganic, anti-microbial vapor barrier. It is designed to catch the water vapor from the dirt and that comes through the porous walls. The drainage matting then provides a path to redirect the collected vapor to the sump pump. It also will fight mold by cutting of the food source for the spores. 

The SmartSump sump pump is the perfect size for a crawl space. It pumps any collected water from the basement through a discharge line away from the home. 

The IceGuard on the discharge line gives a release if the line becomes clogged or freezes. The Lawnscape Outlet goes at the end of the discharge line. It is designed to blend into the grass around it and lower risk of trip injury or landscaping problems.
