Warrensburg, IL homeowner Stan L. was concerned about the radon levels in his home as well as the high relative humidity of his crawl space.

System design specialist Greg B. evaluated the crawl space and suggested the use of CleanSpace, a vapor barrier that reduces moisture and humidity in the crawl space. Foreman, Christopher B. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump uses a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a backup battery-powered pump, so your home is guaranteed to stay dry. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that is attached to the foundation walls to collect water that seeps through. WaterGuard is located below the Cleanspace around the perimeter of the basement floor in order for it take the water that was collected and guide it to the sump pump.

Crawlspace support blocks were shifting in Blue Mound, IL, and the floor beams were rotting. To solve these issues, the SmartJack System was installed.
