A crawlspace in Jacksonville, Illinois, needed to be sealed. It was leaking cold air and humidity up into the home above it. Woods came out and installed the CleanSpace System to seal off the area. This system consists of a highly durable sheet of material that is placed over the walls and floor of the crawlspace. It effectively keeps out insects, humidity, and water. With this install in place, the homeowners no longer have to worry about musty conditions in their crawlspace.

Daniel B. had CleanSpace installed in his Freeburg, IL home. Woods Basement Systems intalled CleanSpace to keep moisture out of Daniel's crawlspace. Woods also installed a SaniDry and sump pump for additional moisture control.

Foreman Joshua B installed CleanSpace, Drainage Matting, a SaniDry System, and SmartPipe.  CleanSpace is a thick heavy liner that goes on the floors and walls of your crawl space and will make sure it stays dry. 

Moisture was entering a crawlspace in Freeburg, IL, creating a damp environment. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will completely isolate the crawlspace from the earth, dramatically reducing the humidity level. This will also eliminate mold growth and make the whole house healthier. The white finished side will brighten the crawlspace and will allow one to easily see inside. This crawlspace will now remain clean and dry and restore peace of mind for years to come!

Crawlspace support blocks were failing in Freeburg, IL, and water was entering it. To solve these issues, the SmartJack System was first installed. These are steel support systems that can permanently stabilize and level the floor joists and girders in a crawlspace. These add strength and stability to the existing columns and piers. They are unaffected by moisture, as they will not rust, weaken, or be affected by mold. These will lift the floors above back toward their original position, and reduce floor “bounce” caused by excessive joist spans.

Next, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will completely isolate the crawlspace from the earth and reduce the humidity level. Any mold growth will also be eliminated, making the whole house healthier. The white color will also brighten the crawlspace and make it easier to see inside it.
