This Bel-Ridge, Missouri basement was plagued with water that was coming through an exterior doorway as well as down the walls. A Woods Basement Systems team solved the problem by installing a CleanSpace wall encapsulation system to seal out the cracked walls, a WaterGuard drainage system to catch any and all water entering through the floors and the doorway, and a TripleSafe sump pump to remove all of that water. This is an economical way to cover ugly walls and stop water vapor from permeating them. The white color will also brighten the basement, reflecting the light. Any wall leaks will also be drained down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. The TripleSafe sump pump uses its three-in-one design to protect your home against any water with a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a backup battery-powered pump. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier and it is used to collect water that seeps through basement walls and transfers it to the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard is below the CleanSpace and it takes the collected water and guides it to the sump pump to be fully removed from the home.
