Jerry M. of St. Louis, Missouri had water damage due to cracks in his foundation walls, so he decided to call Woods Basement Systems. Systems design specialist, Luke K. recommended installing CleanSpace and WaterGuard. 

Foreman, Greg H. installed the products. CleanSpace is attached to the walls and is a vapor barrier made of inorganic materials, so it will not support mold growth. It is used on foundation walls to to keep water vapor from coming into the basement air. Additionally, it collects water that seeps through the basement walls. WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the basement floor and it takes the water collected by the CleanSpace and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home.

A homeowner in Saint Louis, MO wanted the crawlspace Encapsulated, so CleanSpace was installed. This liner completely isolates the crawlspace from the earth. In this crawlspace, a SmartSump™ system is installed to pump out any water builiding up beneath the liner and a Sedona dehumidifier is installed to remove moisture and mold spores from the air. With CleanSpace™ working with the SmartSump™ and the Sedona, this crawlspace is protected from the damaging effects of water vapor and mold growth. 

Karen H. of Saint Louis, MO had a very wet crawl space. High humidity in the crawl space had caused metal beams to rust and threatened to rot the wood floor joists so Karen called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended a crawl space encapsulation system.

Woods installed the SaniDry dehumidifier as part of that encapsulation system. The SaniDry can remove 109 pints of water from crawl space air using the same amount of electricity as smaller household units. It keeps relative humidity low to prevent rot and rust as well as make conditions inhospitable for mold growth and pests.
