This system uses steel panels and beams to transfer the weight of the failing wall onto the new steel wall. Even though it looks pretty cool on its own, you can cover the steel wall with drywall to fit your design style.

This homeowner wanted to control the water entering their basement and control any water damage going on. When we inspected the home, we found where the water was coming from and suggested a full waterproofing scope, including sump pump, interior drainage track, and a vapor barrier. We installed all three of those, plus SmartJacks to support the bowing basement wall.
