This crawl space was open to the earth, and as well all know, was allowing moisture from the dirt to slowly deteriorate the newer crawl space. These customers made a good call by completing this project early on in the crawl space's life. The Clean Space moisture barrier and the Smart Jack posts will be keeping this crawl space new looking for a long long time. 

This home had a failed crawl space that was comprised of mold, water, and rot. We cleaned it up by removing the rot, installing CleanSpace and SilverGlo, insulating the rim joists, and plopping down a SaniDry Sedona with a SmartPump. This crawl space is now healthy again. 

Before tackling this project in Williamsburg, KY, the crawl space was a homeowner's nightmare: damp, dark, and deserted. Guided by a friend's rave reviews, they turned to us for relief. Our solution? A two-story log home in Whitley City, Kentucky needed it's 4 foot crawlspace encapsulated.

The Basement Doctor of Central Kentucky sent their inspectors out to evaluate the job.  Their recommendation was agreed upon by the home owner and they installed a CleanSpace encapsulation system.  The bottom piers of the crawlspace were wrapped and vent covers were placed over the vents and an EverLast Door was installed.  The team installed SilverGlo Crawl Space Wall Insulation System that gave the homeowners' a dry, energy-efficient crawl space.
