Foundation Waterproofing in Berea, Kentucky

The renovators for this newly purchased home knew that the epoxy sealant applied to the foundation walls was not going to help this basement stay dry. You see, epoxy sealants and other sealants of the same nature don't fix the root cause of basement leaking issues. The real problem is all the water pressure sitting on the outside of the foundation walls, and the best way to relieve that pressure is an interior perimeter waterproofing system. We installed our system equipped with subfloor drains, a sump pump, and a vapor barrier. This system invites the built up water through weeping holes near the bottom of the foundation, (as seen in the before photo) and discharges all the water far away from the base of the home. After the system was installed, the renovators were ready to finish the basement however they like.

Crawl Space Waterproofing in Harrodsburg, Kentucky

This homes crawlspace was receiving too much moisture and smelled really musty. In order to combat this problem, we decided to encapsulate and waterproof. We installed CleanSpace matting and drainage, as well as a Smart Sump and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. SilverGlo insulation panels were also installed, helping keep the good weather in and the bad weather out.

Basement Waterproofing for Wet Basement in Mc Kee, Kentucky

Not only was this basement prone to flooding, it also had bowing walls that needed addressing. We often see bowing walls and waterproofing issues be intertwined from the effects of hydro-static pressure. This homeowner tried to fix the bowing issues years ago, but their steel beams were not holding up like ours would have. After we finished installing our waterproofing and PowerBrace systems, the basement became dry and is safe from structure failure.

This basement was in need of a waterproofing job and we were ready to help. We installed Waterguard around the perimeter of the basement, and a SuperSump sump pump to complete the job.

Basement and Garage Waterproofing System Installation in Danville, Kentucky

There are a lot of homes where the garage is below grade and connected to a basement, like this one for example. In these cases, the garage is susceptible to water seepage. This customer spends a lot of time in their garage and kept a lot of valuables in it. Water that was coming in was ruining the fun for the customer, so we decided to fix it for them. We installed a system of drainage using WaterGuard and trench drains. WaterGuard goes under the concrete floor all around the perimeter of the interior of the garage. The trench drains go where we couldn't place WaterGuard, like the garage door for example. This drainage system was connected to a Super Sump sump pump we installed. We then set up a discharge line for the pump, far away from the foundation of the home.
