From estimate to completion, I was very impressed with Basement Systems USA. The estimator happened to be the owner (Pete). While there certainly is a presentation as part of the estimate, I never felt pressured to buy. The tasks to fix the issues and the reason behind them were thoughtfully detailed and explained. The install went very well and I felt at ease with how the job was progressing mainly due the foreman, Larry Robinson. Larry was very personable and truly cared about making sure that I was a satisfied customer. When additional work was needed, he showed me exactly what the issue was and clearly defined what needed to be done. Again, I never felt that I was being pressured or sold something that I didn't need. As of 2 weeks later, I can say that I'm very pleased with the system that was installed.

The work that was completed looks great and haven't had any leakage into the home. Esteban was friendly and answered questions I had. Very happy with Basement Systems USA.

I wanted to send my thanks and a job well done by your Basement Systems crew. Your recommendations and proposal were spot on. The project manager did a great job, the water guard is phenomenal and the de-humidifier is the best thing we ever did.  The basement no longer smells damp and musty and looks wonderful. This investment has exceeded my expectaions!

ZAK was an Absolutely Tremendous Forman, extremely Hard Working with his Excellent Team ! He was Extremely Knowledgeable and Excellent at Explaining to me what was going on for me to understand the entire system he was installing! On top of that Zak worked Diligently helping me to be Safe as a Handicapped Customer. Helped me up and down 13 steep steps, removing drop clothes from them each time so I would not trip in order to see the Great Progress they were making on my Beautiful Egress Window and Sump Pumps!

This was a good experience from the customer standpoint. The solution provided appears to be top-notch and I get the feeling the work would be completed properly. At this point its a matter of cost and how it compares to other providers. If money was not an issue, I would choose this company immediately.
