I was very happy with Jeff and the team that did my installation. They showed up on time, did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves and worked hard despite the hot weather. 

Esteban, Elicio, and Emerson were a wonderful crew. Esteban has great customer service skills as he double checked with me all there was to do, explained how they would seal the top of the install, and assured me that they’d leave no debris inside the trench & could install behind my appliances (ie heater and furnace) with ease. How they tucked the install behind the narrow space of drywall behind my washer/dryer is beyond me! :-D  I was pleased w/ the finished product, and how smooth & clean the walls & the lip of the trench look now compared to before. We had a heavy rain after that and i could see already the clean space alleviated some of my issues.

Did not find mold, but cautioned against some moisture seeping into the house.Recommended calling a plumber for a leak in the hose. Gave specific suggestionsfor preventive maintenance. Very friendly and professional

So glad we did it! This was a project that we were not looking forward to. We had no idea how it would go! Choosing the right company makes all the difference and we made the right choice with Basement Systems USA. The company has amazing values and work ethic evident by the guys working in our home. We did it right before we went on vacation and we could have peace of mind knowing our basement problem was finally SOLVED. The best part is you don? t even know the sump pump is running! It runs so quietly that you don? t even notice it!

Had sump pit expanded and deepened and new pump installed. Work done on time, neatly, and efficiently. Did not disrupt our routine. Area is clean and upgraded. It is something that does not show itself, but we know the importance of this thing. We have an old, old field stone basement and water is always an issue. The new pit is larger and should cut down on wear for the pump, a battery backup system that give peace of mind for the power outages that come usually in heavy and crazy storms, as Baltimore sometimes gets these.

We have a pretty serious water issue under our home with a high water table and underground river that left our old sump pump gasping during 2018's heavy rains in Maryland. We found peace of mind by getting one of their dual sump pumps systems that has the backup just in case, and it has worked perfectly ever since. Their teams are professional and courteous and got the job done, and we thank them for their efforts!
