A customer in Northborough, MA was complaining that the water seeping into his basement wasn't getting into his sump pump system, causing a very wet floor for him to deal with. To make sure that water will in fact reach this sump pump, we installed a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system. Due to this system covering the whole interior perimeter, all of the water seepage from the walls will be collected and channeled to his sump pump. Now, this customer can say goodbye to those annoying puddles!

A customer in North Smithfield, RI didn't have the most reliable sump pump as it was struggling to keep up with the heavy rain. Determined to find a solution, he asked our appointment center to have an inspector give him an estimate on a sump pump. After a close discussion about the sump pump options, the homeowner went with the TripleSafe sump pump. This three-pump system will properly manage the water infiltration and provide protection during power outages! 

In this Smithfield, RI basement, water was leaking in the area where they had recently added a patio, addition, and pool. After contacting DryZone for some help getting it under control, our inspector and the homeowners agreed that all those components put stress on the foundation and could see it caused a crack. For wall cracks we use our FlexiSpan system to seal up the crack and create a drain in case the seal doesn’t hold up, then the water would fall into that system and not the floor. The installation crew ends the repair with a layer of CleanSpace for a clean look and a little more added protection against leaks.
