A customer in Chepachet, RI contacted our appointment center because his crawlspace was leaking in some water. The humidity from the ground kept creeping through the cracks and openings, causing some mold to grow. We wanted to make sure that this customer won't have to worry about his crawlspace for a long while! So we installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and SilverGlo wall insulation! 

This customer from Whitinsville, MA contacted us because he was tired of his basement becoming a pool whenever there was a heavy rainstorm. To make sure our team prevented future water problems, we installed our trusty TripleSafe sump pump in the corner of this basement. This 3-pump system provides the best protection against heavy rainfalls and power outages. Additionally, we installed a TrenchDrain near the door so that water will be collected and drained to the TripleSafe. 

There was one particular section in this Cumberland, RI basement that was leaking in water from the wall and floor. It was a corner of the basement, so the homeowner had a sump pump installed there. But he noticed that the basement felt damp and humid still, so he called us to see what additional work could be done. Once our inspector was able to visit him and discuss the best possible solution, we ended up applying CleanSpace wall vapor barrier for this homeowner. This will slow down the amount of moisture and vapor trying to get in, which will lower the relative humidity in the basement! The less humid the basement, the longer it will last. 

In the before picture you will notice the water staining and damage to the walls, evidence of years of leaks.

In the after picture, notice the dying concrete where WaterGuard sub-floor drainage has been installed. At the foot of the stairs you can see where a TrenchDrain has been put into place. 

A customer in Northborough, MA was complaining that the water seeping into his basement wasn't getting into his sump pump system, causing a very wet floor for him to deal with. To make sure that water will in fact reach this sump pump, we installed a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system. Due to this system covering the whole interior perimeter, all of the water seepage from the walls will be collected and channeled to his sump pump. Now, this customer can say goodbye to those annoying puddles!
