This homeowner from Dedham, MA wanted a window well to protect his basement window. This was a smart call on his part because windows can let in water, weeds and insects if it's not maintained properly. When this homeowner from Dedham, MA spotted water seeping through the floor cracks in his basement, he began to look online for a waterproofing company. After contacting us, we were able to provide a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system to collect the water seepage. To make sure that water gets pumped out, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump near the bulkhead door. Now, once the water seeps in, it'll be intercepted by the WaterGuard and will flow to the TripleSafe, keeping this basement dry all year long! 

In Assonet, Ma, this home’s leaking basement was not something the homeowners were looking forward to dealing with at this time, but unfortunately the water could not be ignored. We had our crew go out and install our Waterguard drainage system around the perimeter along with CleanSpace vapor barrier. These two work great together to keep the basement dry from water seeping in from the walls by protecting the inside with the barrier and making a path to the Waterguard at the bottom that connects to a sump. We used our strongest sump pump, the TripleSafe, for the best protection in this basement and for this customer.

In Berkley, MA, this home needed some repairs before they could finish their basement, mainly cracks in the wall that allowed water to seep through and create puddles. Knowing this issue would not fix itself, the home owners gave DryZone a call and we were able to repair the cracks for them with our FlexiSpan Wall System. For this system, we install a drywell to catch any potential leaks and keeps them off the basement floor. Then we prep the crack and add our sealant that gets deep in the crack, the sealant is flexible so it will move as the wall does when it expands and shifts with the seasons. A second layer of drainage is placed over the sealed crack that will guide any water to the drywell in the rare case it gets through. The crack here was covered with a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier that will give it a clean look and keep the moisture out of the basement.

This waterproofing job in Easton, MA was a big one! The homeowner was looking to renovate his basement but with a failed waterproofing system from another company, his plans were on pause. After finding DryZone and meeting with one of our inspectors, he felt confident with our plan to waterproof his basement and relieved to find a solution he could trust. During the install, we added a TripleSafe sump to work with the Waterguard going around the perimeter of the basement. We also poured a new concrete floor to seal in all the work that was done and get his renovating up and running! This was one happy customer once the project reached its end.
