A customer in Natick, MA was seeing water trickling out of the walls, which was part of the reason why the basement felt so damp and humid. There also wasn't a sump pump system, so any water getting into the basement wasn't moving anywhere. The best solution our inspector wrote up was to install a TripleSafe sump pump in the corner to discharge water. In addition they applied CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to prevent moisture from passing through the foundation walls. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was also installed to eliminate water vapor from the air. Now this basement will feel less humid and more safe! 

This homeowner in Swansea, MA called us to cover up her walls. She needed a way to keep the moisture from entering through her porous basement. So we lined up the walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to ensure that water vapor won't get through! 

A homeowner in Wayland, MA wanted a way to encapsulate his crawlspace because he was smelling something strange coming from there. He was aware his space was exposed to the cold dirt, so he called up DryZone Basement Systems to see what they could do about this. Luckily, our inspector and production team worked together to find the perfect solution and install CleanSpace vapor barrier all along the floor of the crawlspace. This will protect the space from pests, mold growth and moisture from coming in now that the dirt is covered! To add extra protection, the crew installed SilverGlo crawlspace wall insulation to reflect heat back in. Now, this homeowner can live with a peace of mind! 

This basement/crawlspace combination in Little Compton, RI needed some waterproofing and insulating. Along with our TripleSafe sump pump and two SaniDry Dehumidifiers, two SmartDrain leak alarm systems, as well as the CleanSpace vapor barrier, was put up around the whole space to keep moisture out and prevent mold from growing. Then, while considering convenience, we use long corded remote alarms so that they could be placed at the beginning of the crawl space and the homeowner can easily turn them off once they hear the alarm and identify the leak.
