The basement in this Martha's Vineyard building was old and needed to be maintained. To help with the humidity and water damage DryZone crew installed CleanSpace wall and a sump pump to keep this basement protected and dry. 

This crawlspace in Falmouth, MA had air seeping in through cracks during the winter and the home was hard to cool in the summer. We sprayed the joists and sealed around our SilverGlo insulation to stop air from flowing, saving our customer money in the long run!

This crawlspace in West Falmouth, MA was giving the homeowners too many problems, they needed to take action!  We worked with the owners and created a plan that would clean and encapsulate the space as well as eradicate the humidity, exactly what they were looking for. After the area was cleaned out, we installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier that would cover the surface of the crawlspace and create a barrier, protecting the inside from the outside elements such as moisture and pests. Along with that, insulation and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier were added to keep the space dry and protected, making for very happy homeowners!   

A homeowner in Marshfield, MA needed his crawlspace to be encapsulated because it was exposed to dirt, mold and pests. Understanding that this could cause damages to his building material in the near future, he decided to give DryZone Basement Systems a call. With a full examination of our inspector and the hard work of our crew, a full encapsulation of CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed. This liner will keep moisture, rot and pests from getting into the crawlspace! 

A customer from Marshfield, MA noticed two major issues in his dirt crawlspace, the vapor barrier wasn't good enough to keep moisture out and the flood was sagging down. To solve both issues, we cleaned out the old insulation, encapsulated the space with CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent moisture from entering and we installed SmartJacks floor support systems to level the sagging floor back to the correct position!
