This customer in Truro, MA was faced with extreme humidity haunting his crawl space. Mold began to grow onto the surrounding wood, so he knew he needed a solution fast! Luckily, he called us to save his humid crawl space from getting severely damaged. Our team wrapped up the interior of this crawl space using CleanSpace vapor barrier. By reducing the amount of moisture coming in, we significantly decreased the chances of mold growth, strange smells and structural damage! 

This narrow dirt and sand floor crawlspace located in Truro, MA was in need of encapsulation. The homeowners were dealing with insects, rodents and pests gaining access to their living space by means of the crawlspace, and they could not put up with it any longer. Although these products were not specifically designed to keep out rodents and pests, our clients have found them to be incredibly effective at protecting against them! The project, inspected and proposed by Nick A, includes our thick CleanSpace vapor barrier encapsulation system was laid on top of our Drainage Matting, creating an effective barrier between the exposed floor and the underside of the CleanSpace barrier to protect against flooding, moisture and add some insulation. They included wrapping up the bottoms of the supports in the crawlspace, as well, to help protect against deterioration. This crawlspace was given new life thanks to DryZone!

In Wellfleet, MA there was a dirty crawlspace that needed some help. This homeowner called us complaining about the moisture and humidity flying around. Due to that, the crawlspace became cold and unbearable. Thanks to our licensed inspector and production crew, CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed to combat these issues. This vapor barrier keeps out moisture, pests and mold! 

A dirt crawlspace located in Wellfleet, MA was extremely damp and moist from all the outside moisture getting in. Sometimes when homeowners try to do DIY solutions for a vapor barrier, it might not work out. So we upgraded by cleaning out the whole crawlspace and laying down our own CleanSpace vapor barrier! This layer is thicker and provides a stronger resistance to moisture trying to get in the crawlspace! 

Cralwspaces can be a nuisance, like this one in Chatham, MA that was feeling the negative effects of moisture and pests. To combat their problems, we installed our Cleanspace over our Terrablock insulator to keep the ground sealed off from the inside of the crawlspace. SilverGlo insulation was also added along with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which would both work to keep the space controlled and dry. All of these tools combined together would be a perfect solution for this home and its owners.
