A sump pump in Indian Orchard, MA was showing signs of underperforming because the homeowner suffered a flood after a rainstorm took place. This was a clear indicator that the basement needed a better sump pump system, and we were able to deliver! Our inspector discussed the best options for this homeowner, and after an agreement was made between the two, a production crew installed the SuperSump pumping system along with a battery backup pump to engage if the homeowner loses power. Safe to say this is a much better option than the system the homeowner had before! 

This homeowner's old sump pump in Indian Orchard, MA was experiencing malfunctions during a rainstorm which caused a flood. He lost several important items that were stored in boxes. He didn't want a flood to occur ever again and decided to call us for a solution. For this homeowner, we swapped out his old system with our SuperSump premier pumping system! In addition, we also attached an UltraSump backup battery pump for extra support in case the power goes out. Ever since our installation, this basement has remained dry which satisfied this homeowner beyond measure. 

At this home in Greenfield, MA we installed WaterGuard Sub-Floor drainage as well as our TrenchDrain in an effort to remove water that leaked into the basement.

In the before photo, you will notice significant water damage to the floors and walls, including at the bottom of the stairs, from where water leaks and seeps into the basement.

In the after photo, you will see that our CleanSpace vapor barrier has been applied to the walls in an effort to keep water and mold from entering the basement. At the bottom of the stairs is a TrenchDrain to move water away and to the sump pump, which will direct it out of and away from the home. The drying concrete strip is where our WaterGuard sub-floor draining system has been installed. This too, will move water to the sump pump.
