This basement in Hope Valley, RI was creating issues for this homeowner. The moisture getting into this basement caused some of the wood to rot which is never a good sign. Wood rot can get severe to a point where it weakens the support it provides to the floor above. To prevent further moisture intrusion, we covered the interior walls with CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier! 

You will see water damage on the floor and wall from years of leaking in the Before. In the After, you will see the wet concrete where a full perimeter system has been installed to drain the water from the home.

This homeowner in Gardner, MA was still having water leaking up through the floor whenever there was a significant amount of rainfall. She knew her sump pump was getting old, so she thought a change was needed. We took out her old sump system in a quick manner and installed our TripleSafe sump pump.
