To make sure that this basement doesn't reach to a point of high humidity, we line up the interior walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier. In addition, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump and a WaterGuard interior drainage system to deal with any future seepage. With these components working together, the humidity will remain low and the basement will stay dry!
