The entire process went about as quickly as I could reasonably expect. My phone contacts all were clear and competent. James was careful, worked well with me, was clear on the details. A pleasure to work with. James was clear on diagnosis and on what options I had. James showed me all he was doing and explained the situation well. Since the choice was to replace my broken unit with a new one on his truck, he was able and willing to take the old unit away. That saved me a lot of trouble, since I didn't have to load the unit into my car, take it to the dump, and pay a dump fee. That greatly eased my situation.
