A pipe burst in our customer's summer home last spring and they have had moisture issues in their crawl space ever since. 

In addition to installing the CleanSpace vapor barrier system with drainage matting to encapsulate the crawl space, we installed SilverGlo insulation panels to insulate the crawl space from the outside air, and the house from the crawl space. Now the summer home will actually feel like summer.

Karla's floor was freezing since the weather shifted, and she couldn't stand dealing with cold feet. She needed the issue fixed, so she researched her options and called Ayers for assistance. Our crew of professionals visited her home to evaluate and realized the vents in her crawl space allowed cold air underneath her house. They installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier, a highly durable and antimicrobial-lined material. CleanSpace deters moisture and cold air entry and consequently prevents cold feet. Karla loves her warm floor!

Doug examined his crawl space and realized it was moist and mold was growing on the wooden support beams. He knew mold growth could lead to further structural damage to his home, so he called Ayers for help. We sent a crew of professionals to his home who decided to install the CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace is constructed of antimicrobial material and applied uninterruptedly to the crawl space floors and walls to reduce moisture and mold growth. Doug is happy he called Ayers!

Using CleanSpace, we were able to provide our customer with a barrier separating the ground from the home.  Crawl spaces with dirt or concrete do a poor job of stopping humidity from entering houses.  With CleanSpace, we have made a vapor barrier allowing for the house to be protected from humidity that can cause problems like mold and dust mites that can have serious consequences.  

Our customer inherited a house and immediately noticed a musty smell. She suspected the crawl space was the culprit, and she was correct.

We used CleanSpace vapor barrier and drainage matting to encapsulate the crawl space and protect it from the dirt floor and everything (like water) that comes with it. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control the ambient moisture.
