This homeowner contacted us because he wanted to get his crawl space insulated. There was no water issues but he wanted to take preventative measures. We take care of this by encapsulating the entire crawl space with CleanSpace. You can see in the picture there is a plastic liner on the floor but it's not doing much good. It's very thin so it can easily rip and allow water to continue to get it. Our CleanSpace is a very thick liner that sealed around the entire crawl space and made with UltraFresh which is an antimicrobial agent that prevent mold growth. The crawl space is now healthy and usable. It's much brighter and can easily have stuff stored on it.
