Larry noticed a musty smell in the living space of his home and wasn't sure where it originated. He searched his whole house for the source with no luck. They evaluated the space and recommended the installation of CleanSpace, the vapor barrier designed to eliminate moisture entry and mold growth. This customer in Zeeland, MI gave us a call because they wanted a solution to their cold, damp basement. After a thorough inspection, we recommended our patented CleanSpace encapsulation system. Although we normally use this for crawl spaces, when it is necessary, we also install the system in basements. CleanSpace will keep this customer's basement dry and free of any cold air by sealing air leaks, and will prevent any mold growth with its anti-microbial properties.
