We had a basement waterproofing system installed Dec. 2 & 3, 2014. The crew was great. They worked quickly and efficiently. I was not home when the work was done (my boyfriend was) so when the location of the discharge changed, the crew leader was willing to speak to me on the phone to explain everything to me. He also answered every question that came up during the process, came back after hours to pick up our paperwork when I was able to be home, and dealt with our horrible neighbor. Prior to the work being done, Tia was able to work with us on the financing available through MSUFCU. The interest rate provided through Ayers and MSU was over 10% lower than through our credit union. Since the work has been completed, we now use our basement daily as it has become a livable space. I would highly recommend Ayers. You get what you pay for.

I wanted to let you know what a superior crew you sent to install my Ayers Basement drain. Dillion, Ben, and Matt are three very thoughtful and courteous young men. They took extreme care with all my property. In addition, Dillion proved to be very knowledgable and capable of solving problems when he discovered the "discharge" had not been planned for. Even with a tight perimeter and lake limitation, Dillion was able to find a solution that satisfied all of us. The young men out of their way to assist me with a piece of furniture and some leftover rock for my driveway. They can come back to work at my home anytime! Thank you.

Dear Mr. Ayers, I would like to highly commend David and his crew helper. They were at my house on Wednesday (April 22, 2015), to complete the work left on my crawl space project. They were good natured and hard working. You can be proud to have them represent your company in work ethics and quality of work performed.

I would like to commend the employees of Ayers who were involved in the extensive basement/crawl space project at The Jean Bradford Kline Senior Center. Our building is old, and it was well past the time to address water issues when we first contacted Greg Carey. He put together an excellent presentation to show our Board of Directors and members to help them understand what we would need to do to fix our multiple water problems. Dillon Birchmeier and his crew did an excellent job, worked quickly and efficiently, and were very porfessional. They took time to explain to members who asked just what they were doing, which we appreciated. They were professional and personable. Greg stopped by over the course of the project to answer questions that I had,and keep abreast of the progress. We are still waiting on the concrete raising, but understand that weather has been a factor in delaying that part of our repairs. This note comes with great appreciation for the quality work done on my damp and wet basement of 30 years. The three men that did the work deserve a round of applause!! I have hired a lot of contractors, but these 3 were the very best workers that I have ever seen! They worked constantly from when they arrived until the job was over 2 1/2 days later. The basement remains completely dry and warm. It is nice to go down there and look around occasionally because it is a job very well done. Project Manager kept me informed about everything and explained everything. He knows how to treat customers well. We chose Ayers because of the plan to cover the old walls and the complete perimeter floor drainage system and the price. Another company wanted $16,000 to dig a trench beside the foundation outside our wall.

The crew was very courteous and friendly. They took their time and explained the installation process to us and kept us informed as the system was being installed. The Project Manager was very professional and personable. He was not a high-pressured salesman, he explained the system and allowed us time to think about it.

I am truly impressed with the quality of your organization, and the way you stand behind your work. I had work done on my home in Battle Creek, and a bigger job done on my cottage in South Haven. The South Haven job had to be done over because the first guy didn't do the job right. I was fortunate enough to be working with Troy Baxter, and then Dan Bemman and his team who came out in the dead of winter to fix my basement and do the job right. In addition, I know there was another gentleman named Zack who was also involved. I find it refreshing to deal with a company that is willing to admit when they didn't do the job right and the go back and fix it. This just doesn't happen everyday and I didn't want to pass without reaching out to you directly. I could go on and on with the reasons I am happy with my choice of your company to do the work, but instead I'll just say thank you for building a company of employees that truly care about the customer. Please take my note and share it with these great employees because, again, they embody what you've taught them I'm sure, that the customer comes first. I felt that with each of them as I worked with the along the way.

I wanted to send you a quick note regarding the basement system repair that was done in our home last week by your Service Technician, Marty Strobel. I must tell you that in all of the years of being a homeowner and having work done in our home, I have never encountered such a conscientious individual.  The work that he did was outstanding and he left the area completely cleaned up!  All too often it seems that people are quick to criticize work done, but not take the time to provide positive feedback to the Company for exemplary work performed.  You have an outstanding employee in Marty and it was a pleasure meeting  him.

The crew, Logan, Nelson and Alex and project manager Ty arrived at 9:00am. I was told they would arrive between 9-10am. Ty asked to see the area and reviewed rooms where vents were to be placed. Ty and the crew then covered the steps and floor in the basement with plastic. I appreciated Ty asking me if I had a preference on lower or higher placement of the vent at the bottom of the stairs. The crew was very efficient they cleaned up and swept after installation. Ty and the crew were very polite and professional. Ty reviewed how the dehumidifier works and took the time to answer other non related questions I had. Very good experience. 

Terry Ortez and his team, Bruce D and Kyle D, did an amazing job on our basement. They went above and behind expectation, adding some grading to some low spots in the yard and repairing some foundation problems that were unexpected at no additional charge. Very appreciative of this team and their efficiency. They did an entire front wrap of the house in a few hours. We're very impressed and would not hesitate to contact Ayers for any future basement issues. Thanks; Terry, Bruce, and Kyle!
