A homeowner with a house that was built over 100 years ago wanted to have their foundation supported because it had begun to sink in one corner. We installed the Helical Piers in order to save the foundation as well as raise the home back to its original level. We dug out the area around the foundation in order to insert the Helical Piers and once it was complete we replaced all the excavated dirt. 

A new homeowner in Hazel Park, MI was concerned that the floors in their new home were not structurally sound. Realizing the issue when they purchased the home, they reached out to us to have the old supports replaced with the SmartJack Support System. The SmartJack would ensure the floors remained structurally stable for years to come. 

This family wanted in Huntington Woods, MI wanted a new EverLast Access Well installed in their crawl space. Our crew also lined their crawl space with SilverGlo and cleaned out the debris. 

This homeowner contacted HomeSpec after she bought a home with severe foundation issues, including a wall that was cracked from top to bottom and bowing - and ultimately at risk of collapsing. 

Our team of experts straightened the wall and pushed it back into place. It was waterproofed from the outside, and the cracks were repaired with our polyurethane sealant then reinforced by power grids on the inside. The walls were permanently stabilized by a carbon fiber system and a power brace system to prevent movement in the future. 

This homeowner is now so happy and ready to enjoy her new home knowing her basement is stable and dry. 

Our crews were called to a job where multiple basement walls were cracked. We installed I-beams to stabilize the walls.
