The foreman, Ryan, led the team in lifting the garage back into its original place. They dug out the ground down to the foundation and used helical piers on two sides of the garage to lift it. After ensuring the house was secure, the space was filled with dirt. Other HomeSpec teams repaired the concrete cracks after the lift was completed. A battery-operated alarm alerts you when water is rising in the sump basin, but the pumps haven't turned on.
