Jordan City Hall had issues with water in the lower level of their building for over 20 years. After Complete Basement System installed over 300 feet of waterproofing throughout their building, they needed to be equipped with the best sump pump system on the market.  The TripleSafe has three powerful pumping systems, a 1/3 hp motor, a 1/2 hp motor and a battery operated backup system.  The system has the ability to pump out over 12,000-24,000 gallons of water.  

Homeowners in Good Thunder, MN worked with System Design Specialist Rob Larson to find a permanent solution to their foundation issues. It's common for block foundations to bow over time, and it is important to correct this issue to prevent serious long-term effects. Crew Leader Rodney Pfarr and his team installed PowerBraces, foundation wall braces that actually move back walls to their original state, keeping the home safe and secure for life.

Our customer contacted Complete Basement Systems after a home inspection was done on her home regarding the foundation wall bowing.  Our system design specialist designed a solution to prevent future wall movement.  

This home had both bowing walls and a leaky basement. We installed PowerBraces and a WaterGuard system to help keep the water out and make sure the walls don't continue to bow out even further.
