We decided to go with Complete Basement Systems. After Rob Larson came to our house in Albert Lea . He looked over our basement and propose a plan to us. We went with them . And the crew came the first day. On the time that was told to me. On the first day after the were done for the day . Crew leader Rodney Pfarr showed me what they had done. I was impressed with the way Rodney got by our fire place with the jack hammer. Also got the new pump system in . On the second day the crew arrived early. Finished up the job before 1:00pm. Then Rodney show all that was done in the basement. Explain the sump pump system and the alarm . Show the book for the pump and the check date for the pump. I was pleased the way the cleaned up after the job was done. I was impressed all around. I would recommend this company and there system to anybody. Thank you for the great job.

I had problems with water getting in my basement (especially in the SW corner). My brother had work done by CBS about 3 yrs ago & said he hasn’t had problems since. He recommended I do the same. The installation crew worked very hard & were very informative about the work they were doing, warrenty info, the quality audit, service information, etc.

When Blake and his crew up he explained everything again to me and they got right work, My basement was completed in days like promised, they did wonderful job, could not have asked for better, cleaned up after they we're done, very respectful of my home and belongings. Great job helping us keep our basement dry!

Our salesman was very professional & knowledgeable. Also the price was right.  I had some holes in my basement floor that I had chiseled out and the installation crew was able to reuse the holes and even patched the floor for me and they also cleaned up very nicely.  Thanks to them all for being very professional.

We hired Complete Basement Systems to do our basement this past winter.  Well, we had a terrible summer with three major floods in our city.  Unfortunately, many, many people had flooded basements.  Each time we were worried, but I am happy to say we received not one drop of water in our basement.  I'm so grateful for the wonderful job that was done in our basement by your company.  I highly recommend your company to anyone who wants a dry basement!
