A Mankato, MN, homeowner was growing frustrated over his back utility room. Each time the area got rain, the homeowner was faced with pooling water near the baseboard of the room. Not wanting the issue to continue, potentially damaging appliances, the homeowner decided to search for MN waterproofing companies. Once Dylan completed his inspection, he was ready to make his recommendations to the homeowner. Dylan explained that because the water seemed to be entering through cracks and holes near the floor, he was recommending our WaterGuard. He explained that WaterGuard is a French drain designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. This keeps this drainage system out of the "mud zone", where drains can clog. He went on to say that Installation involves removing a section of floor around the perimeter and creating a drainage trench. Sections of WaterGuard® are then placed within the trench, resting on a bed of drainage stone, and the floor is restored. Dylan finished by saying that the WaterGuard would be attached to the homeowner's existing sump pump. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan and scheduled the job for a few weeks later.

A homeowner in Chanhassen, MN, wanted to give their crawl space a proper renovation. Knowing it would be best to let a professional handle it, the homeowner looked for the company best fit. After coming across our social media, the homeowner saw the impressive before and afters we have completed. The homeowner contacted our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate details were set, we sent out one of our Design Specialist, Ryan, to investigate the status of the crawl space. Once he completed his investigation, Ryan recommended a solution that would complete all their wants and needs. After considering their options, the homeowner decided to go with one of Ryan's solutions. Ryan sent the solution to the crew and they began preparations. 

Our Foreman, Brandon, and his crew arrived at the home and began the project. First, the crew removed all the debris and existing insulation from the crawl space. Then, the injected sprayfoam in the joist pockets in the crawl space. Once the area was clear, the crew could lay the Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. After the Drainage Matting was secured, the crew installed CleanSpace on the crawl space walls and floor. To complete the job, the crew installed Foamax on the outside of the crawl space walls. Lastly, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53, which is a sump pump made with two pumps and keeps basements dry for long periods of time. To complete the installation, our team applied river rock in the broken-out gaps from the install and applied a new layer of concrete over them.
