After a clear inspection and estimate, the homeowners decided to move forward with the project. 

Our Foreman and his crew installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which serves as an underground drain that prevents mud clogs and catches water leakage from basement walls. Once the product was installed, our team filled the open gaps with river rock to prevent dirt from invading the WaterGuard and applied a new layer of concrete over them.

A homeowner in Strawberry Point, IA, was concerned after discovering water damage throughout their basement walls. Knowing they could not solve the issue themselves, the homeowner began looking into professional waterproofing companies that could solve their problems. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Ryan, one of our Design Specialists. Ryan arrived at the home and began his detailed inspection of the basement. During his investigation, Ryan determined the basement needed to be professional waterproofing. Ryan proposed his plan to the homeowner and they agreed with his recommendations. After they were approved, the plans were passed along to our office to be approved. As soon as the office approved and built the project, they were sent to our Foreman, Kingsley, and his crew. Kingsley and his crew traveled to the home and started the project by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted their focus to installing the SuperSump+ in the corner of the basement. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace to the basement walls. Finally, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. Larry and Beth of Warrens, WI had an annual maintenance performed by our Service Technician, Darin. Darin noticed that water was seeping through Larry and Beth's foundation walls. Next, our crew broke out the concrete around the perimeter of the basement floor to form a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, made to collect water seepage from the walls. Lastly, Kiko and his team applied our CleanSpace Wall System, made to keep mold and humidity away from the basement. To complete the project, our team filled the open gaps with rock and replaced the pre-existing concrete. Nathan was amazed with the work, and was thankful we were able to safe the life and stability of his home!

In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard System, which prevents water clogs and collects wall water seepage. Next, our crew applied our CleanSpace Wall System around the perimeter of the basement walls to prevent mold, mildew and humidity from invading the basement. To complete the installation, our crew filled the open trench gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Dan was ecstatic about his new and improved basement, and no longer has to worry about harsh weather conditions!
