Tim B. of Rochester, MN had water leaking into his basement, making him worry about the value of his home. He called our office to set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ryan Powell. Ryan inspected the problem and came up with a solution. Tim got all of his questions answered so he moved forward with the project.
Our Foreman, Dylon VanCanneyt, and his production crew began the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement, forming a trench, and installing 24 of our CarbonArmor strips, which are made to reinforce foundation walls and repair cracks. Next, our team applied 100 feet of our CleanSpace Wall System over the Carbon Armor, designed as an extra protectant and made to prevent exposure to mold and humidity. Lastly, Dylon and his crew installed 108 feet of our WaterGuard in the formed trench. Our WaterGuard is made to collect water seepage from basement walls and prevent underground water clogs. To complete the work, our team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Tim said our guys worked diligently to complete the project, and he couldn't have asked for anything more!

Thomas P. in Rochester, MN started looking into having his crawl space encapsulated because he noticed that he was losing energy from that space and that moisture had started accumulating in there. While researching contractors that could help him with this, he found American Waterworks and thought we looked like a good fit for him. He contacted us and we sent one of our Design Specialists, Rick Weber, to his home to give him a free estimate and provide him with a solution.
Thomas was pleased with Rick's plan and the crawl space encapsulation products that we offer, so he set a date with us to install our CleanSpace barrier. Our production crew installed our TerraBlock insulation on the crawl space floor and then installed CleanSpace on top of it and along the walls. This ensures that no heat will be leaving the crawl space and wasting energy. It also protects the crawl space from any moisture building up and protects the air quality in the home.

Brian T. of New Auburn, WI was having issues in his crawl space, causing him to worry about the value of his home. He saw one of our commercials on television, so he got in contact with our office line and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Chuck Haldeman. Chuck went to Brian's home, carefully inspected his crawl space, and drew up a solution that would fulfill Brian's wants and needs as a homeowner. Brian was confident in Chuck's proposal and presentation, so he scheduled a date for the installation.
Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his crew started the installation by installing our CleanSpace Encapsulation Vapor Barrier, which prevents water vapor and humidity from passing through. Along with protection from mold and rot, a dry crawl space is inhospitable to termites, cockroaches, and other pests that need excess moisture to survive. By sealing the crawl space, it also keeps away odors that would rise up through the floor and into your home. Next, our team installed our SmartJack Crawl Space Support System, which provides solid support for sagging and undersized beams and restores the stability of sagging floor joists. In this case, our vapor barrier and SmartJacks were compatible, allowing Brian to address the crawl space mold and humidity problems while also repairing the structural issue. Brian was thrilled with the work that was done and had a great experience from start to finish!

Unsure of who to work with, the homeowner began looking into crawl space encapsulation companies closest to their home. The homeowner went to Google and looked into "crawl space encapsulation near Mason City, IA". The homeowner saw our impressive crawl space before and after photo albums and knew we were the best choice for them. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Romeo, to inspect the crawl space. Romeo noticed that the crawl space had some mold and mildew growth throughout the crawl space. To ensure their crawl space stays healthy, Romeo recommended full encapsulation. The homeowner agreed with Romeos' proposal and he passed it along to our office to build the project. Once the project was built, the plans were assigned to our Foreman, Diego, and his crew. Once they received the plans, Diego and his crew traveled to Mason City and started production. Diego and his crew started by making sure the crawl space was cleared. Once it was cleared, the crew laid Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. Once the Drainage Matting was secured, the crew shifted to installing CleanSpace on the crawl space floors and walls. Since it was a smaller encapsulation, the crew was able to complete the project swiftly. The homeowner was in awe of the excellent transformation by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to repair and secure its homeowner's suffering crawl spaces.
